Location
This course will take place in Rishikesh, India. Shriram Yog Prashikshan & Anusandhan Society is located at Vishwa Chandra Palace in Rishikesh which stands close to the banks of River Ganga. Rishikesh is located in the North Indian state of Uttarakhand and is surrounded by Himalayan hills. The place is intersected by the holy River Ganges and thus, it is also known as the land of yoga and spirituality. Rishikesh is claimed to be the ‘yoga capital of the world’ and people from different countries all around the world visit this divine city to get peace and happiness in life and get the knowledge of real self. Delhi is 250 kilometres away.
PROGRAM
This is 12 days of teaching and learning program designed to impart you kids yoga knowledge and rejuvenate your mind and body together. The course curriculum is blended with core yoga practices (asana, pranayama, and meditation) and yogic philosophy in context to kids yoga teacher training. Along with the basics of human anatomy and physiology (digestive, respiratory, circulatory, skeletal, muscular, and endocrine systems) are included to provide knowledge about human body structure in context to kids. Important sessions are:
- Session on kids psychology by psychologist and expert
- Session on good parenting style by life coach expert
- Teaching methodology session
- Session on effective activity for kids yoga classes
- Stories discussion for the kid’s yoga classes
- Discussion on moral values for kids yoga classes
